Strong teams. Smart ideas. Still not working?
When leadership intent and execution drift apart, even good strategy breaks down.
Mythos helps close the gap.

Good leadership doesn’t resist clarity. It relies on it.

THE PROBLEM

Most teams don’t struggle to build narratives or execute strategy. They struggle to build shared meaning because what they’re executing isn’t clear or aligned.

Sound familiar?

You might already be noticing:

  • Work gets redone or revised late in the process

  • Teams ask for clarity after work has already started

  • Priorities feel like they shift without explanation

  • Strong people feel stuck executing instead of thinking

You can have strong leadership, capable teams, and a clear strategy and still be spinning your wheels.

That’s where we come in.

Organizational alignment challenges

THE MYTHOS APPROACH

We help leadership teams close the gap between vision and execution, so their decisions translate into clear, aligned action.

At Mythos Advisory, we:

  • Clarify the “why” behind key decisions

  • Translate that into clear, usable direction for teams

  • Identify where execution breaks down and fix it

Prior to launching Mythos Advisory, Ansa served as the Managing Director of Brand and Digital Strategy at MoveOn, where she led cross-channel digital strategy across a multi-million member base during one of the most volatile political and media environments in recent history.
